Liam's Montessori Experience

Liam finished the summer program at his Montessori school about a week ago. I had my reservations about starting him in school already but that boy thrived. He loved putting his book bag on and heading out the door in the mornings.  There were many days when I would pick him up and he wasn't ready to leave. Over the past two months that he was going to school he really grew up. His vocabulary is exploding and his social skills are slowly but surely improving. His teacher and the school director absolutely loved him. They would always tell me how much they would miss him when he left. I don't think I've ever been more proud of my boy. He really is growing up.

I'm so happy we sent him to this Montessori school for the summer. I think it was the perfect environment to get him started in his schooling. It's a small school with a play-based curriculum. The director really gets to know all the children and is personally involved in their learning. The teacher and assistants were always so kind. Liam really grew to love them. I would love for him to continue attending this school in the Fall but he's moving on to a new school and I'm excited for him. He's an amazing little boy who has had a great start to his education thanks to that small Montessori school. I'm forever grateful.
