Isabel is 3
Last week by baby girl turned three.
I meant to update earlier but between my other writing assignments and being 34 weeks pregnant, I'm tired. But I didn't want to let this milestone pass without some acknowledgement on the blog.
It's crazy to see how much Isabel has grown and blossomed. I don't think a day passes that Alex and I look at her incredulously. Her legs are so long. Her vocabulary is booming. Her personality is LOUD.
She loves all things pink. She would wear head-to-toe pink everyday if she could. And she loves her accessories: purses, bows, headbands, shoes, nail polish. She loves it all. But at the same time she has no problem playing with the boys. After all, she has an older brother. The two of them run around the house wielding lightsabers and yelling at the top of their lungs. She loves playing outside and watching Power Rangers and pretending to be Wonder Woman.
Her defiance is starting to show, typical #threenager behavior. But for some reason I can never stay upset with her for too long. I really have a soft spot in my heart for her cute face. I just love her and I'm so glad she's part of our family.
For her birthday we had a My Little Pony party, her current favorite character is Pinkie Pie. She had so much fun with all her little friends and really loved riding a real pony. We were so thankful for everyone who came out and celebrated our little lady with us. We are all truly blessed.
Happy Three Years, Baby Girl. We love you so.
