I'm a wife, mother, and follower of Christ.

I’ve always been curious about faith, but it wasn’t until my teenage years that I said yes to following Jesus. Ever since then I've wanted to live for Him. I love learning and reading, not so that I can become puffed up with knowledge, but so I can cultivate an intimate relationship with Jesus and share all I know with the community around me. I'm an introvert who loves people and encourages them to take bold steps in their lives for His sake. 

I come from an immigrant family, which has shaped me in more ways than I know, and I’m grateful. I want to help others understand the value immigrants bring to our culture.

My husband, Alex, and I married in the summer of 2008 in Miami. Soon after we moved to North Carolina where I pursued my Master's degree in Biblical Counseling from Southeastern Seminary. The adventure continued as we assisted in a church plant in Denver, Colorado. As our family grew we returned to our roots in Miami. However, since 2018 we live and serve in South Carolina. You could say we enjoy adventure. I have the honor and privilege to work at my church, Transformation Church, as Spiritual Formation Director, where I oversee the discipleship of our church and write content. It’s truly a God dream realized.

I've seen God's hand in my life through each new season and I believe that He is able to do far more with my life than I ever could have dreamed to do on my own.
